Hi everyone!

I am excited to share with you my passion for architecture and the recovery of buildings for residential use. We are Bruno and Rossella, two architects who are experts in the recovery and redevelopment sector, and we want to tell you a little about our experience and the values that guide us in our work.
My career in the architecture sector has allowed me to work on numerous projects for the recovery of historic buildings for residential use.
My main goal is to preserve the history and identity of these buildings, while transforming them into modern and functional spaces that reflect the needs of my clients.
What I love about my job is the possibility of satisfying the desires of my clients, especially those from foreign countries who love Italy and its historical heritage. I am committed to fully understanding their tastes, expectations and dreams, creating architectural solutions that reflect the intrinsic beauty of the building and that make them happy. Each recovery project is a unique adventure. I immerse myself in the history of the building, study its original architecture, peculiar characteristics and distinctive elements. I am fascinated by the opportunity to reinterpret and reinvent spaces, respecting the integrity and historical value of the building. My experience has taught me to find a balance between the past and the present, between tradition and innovation. Through careful study of the historical and cultural context, I am committed to preserving the essence of the building, integrating modern technologies and contemporary architectural solutions. I am proud to say that my projects have received appreciation from my foreign clients, who have been fascinated by my ability to create spaces that reflect the authenticity of Italy. Seeing them happy and satisfied is my greatest satisfaction. If you are looking for an architect to help you realize your dream of owning a historic residence in Italy, I will be happy to make my experience and passion available to create a project that exceeds your expectations. Contact me to discuss your ideas and wishes. Together we can create a space that unites past and present, and which will allow you to live an authentic and unforgettable experience.

Thank you for reading my presentation and for the opportunity to share my passion with you.
                          My story
I believe it is not easy to tell my long professional history in such a short space but I would like to make it clear how much love both I and my wife Rossella (whom I met at the University of Architecture of Florence in 1976 where I later I graduated in 1978 and remained teaching as an assistant until 1986.
Being in close contact with university research dedicated to an ever-evolving way of experiencing the city and homes (since then I had been dedicating myself to passive solar construction) has always pushed me to be interested in new technologies, new increasingly eco-sustainable materials, even if the distrust of the client and the general culture sometimes prevented me from being able to use them.

The exchange of ideas between the architect and the client is often difficult if not comical because the client turns to the professional architect and then often wants to do what he wants since he is the one who pays. Then calmly two smiles and a good glass of wine always reaches a good compromise.

We like to give new life to old buildings such as farmhouses, barns and stables which have an incredible life energy within their walls, so full of history of sacrifices, hard times and human warmth.

We always want to make our customers "feel" this sensation, especially foreign customers who decide to come to our areas and who love our country so that they can communicate the pleasure of fully experiencing (at least for the holiday period) the world and mood Italian .
